Walk Her Journey: More Than A Challenge, A Sisterhood

What began as a 30-day challenge became a powerful reminder of what can happen when women choose to show up for themselves and for one another.
More than 30 women joined the Walk Her Journey Challenge, committing to movement, faith, wellness, and sisterhood throughout the month. Each day, participants checked in through a private GroupMe, shared their progress, encouraged one another, and held each other accountable.
A Walk to Remember
The challenge came together in person on September 29 at Wynton M. Blount Cultural Park in Montgomery, Alabama, for a special Group One-Mile Walk. Women who had spent the month encouraging one another virtually gathered to walk side by side, connect in person, and celebrate the journey they had taken together. The walk was filled with conversation, laughter, encouragement, and meaningful moments of sisterhood.
Throughout the challenge, participants also supported and prayed for one another while keeping NICU moms and families at the heart of the journey.
Walk Her Journey reminded us that wellness is more than moving our bodies. It's nurturing our faith, caring for ourselves, supporting others, and knowing we don't have to walk alone.
The 30 days may be over, but the mission continues. You can help us continue supporting NICU families by making a donation today. Every contribution helps us extend encouragement, resources, and support to families navigating their NICU journey.
Donate today and help us keep showing up for the families who need it most.
